Returns and Exchanges
- For returns/exchanges: MUST contact us within 7 days of delivery date at email@example.com
-Website orders can be returned for an exchange or store credit if postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. If your order was shipped free, $6 will be deducted from your credit so that we can continue to offer free shipping and low prices.
-At our sole discretion after 14 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition.
- Definition of new, altered and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
- Worn, washed, and/or damaged items will not be accepted for return/exchange.
-Original tags MUST be attached & intact.
-Any and all merchandise that is discounted via markdown, coupon code, or percent/dollar amount off entire purchase discount will be exchanged or given store credit for the amount paid.
-Accessories CANNOT be exchanged under any circumstance and are FINAL SALE. Accessories include handbags, belts, intimate wear, jewelry, sunglasses, etc.
- NO RETURNS on custom orders, personalized items, or gift certificates/cards
- For defective item claims: contact us within 3 days of delivery date at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Returns that do not meet our guidelines will be sent back at your own expense. You have the option to apply return shipping costs on your credit card or Paypal.
- We hold unacceptable returns for 30 days. After 30 days, the items will be donated to charity.

Shoe returns: Shoes must be shipped back in the original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box to avoid damage from shipping. Damaged shoes or boxes will not be accepted.
*Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. We will mail you your store credit once your return is processed.
